Yang Guang

Dr. Guang Yang is currently serving as President of Technology at Beijing HyperStrong Technology Co., LTD. He earned his PhD in EECS from University of California at Berkeley. While at HyperStrong, Dr. Yang worked on the full stack of BESS control systems, including Battery Management Systems, Battery Array Management Systems and Energy Management Systems. He also led the R&D of the BESS data analytics platform, which incorporates cloud computing, big data technologies, and the latest AI technologies. By combining data, cloud and control systems, BESS can be modeled, operated, maintained and optimized during the full life cycle, thus offering customers the most competitive BESS with high round trip efficiency, long life time, and high availability.
