After working several years in product management in the solar business, she was keen to learn more about further functionalities of the inverters and wrote her master thesis about market opporunities of grid-forming inverters for inertia and dynamic reactive power in different promising markets, such as Australia, UK, US (ERCOT). Green hydrogen was also a new market, where the inverters could be used. Sawing the big opportunity of this market for decarbonizing several markets and beginning in a small but very fast growing market enviroment convinced her to start as as sales & business development manager at SMA Altenso for hydrogen applications in 2021.
