Prior to joining Fluence, Sarah spent more than eight years in Tesla's energy storage division, holding a number of roles since the division's official launch in 2015. Most recently, she led Tesla's Megapack Sales Team for EMEA, overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contracting. Before her tenure in Europe, she was based at Tesla's headquarters in California, where she established the U.S. Energy Policy Team and later led the Global Energy Business Development Team. Sarah began her career as a financial analyst at Southern California Edison, specializing in electricity and emissions markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
